The weekly group check-in video calls will be on Sunday's @ 6pm CST via google meet.
Each group call is 1 hour long & is a formal call where I will explain & breakdown the new weekly topic from our 8 week course curriculum. *The last 10 minutes of the call will be an open Q&A
ππΎA recording/playback will be provided if you can't attend the live call
The community calls will be every other Wednesday at 7:30pm CST.
The community calls are informal video chats conducted in a Q&A format. This is your opportunity to ask questions for me to answer that will be shared with the rest of the group
ππΎThe community calls will not be recorded for later playback & must be attended live
Communication will be every Sunday of the course during the group check-in calls & every other Wednesday during the community calls via video chat
ππΎ You can also ask questions, and respond daily to comments from other participants in our private community forum.
The community forum is meant to provide additional support, motivation, share wins/struggles with women on the same journey as you
Every Sunday your app home screen will have a check-in questionnaire form for you to complete to evaluate your progress & adherence for the week
Yes! The purpose of this 8-week course is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to learn how to track your nutrition
General meal plan templates will be provided to teach you how to structure a full day of eating that allows you to hit your individual macro targets
Workouts are not included in the 8-week course however, you are welcome to sign up for my monthly workout subscription or sign up for 1:1 personalized online training plan
