I help you dial in your nutrition with a personalized macronutrient based plan that is flexible with your lifestyle, and sets you up for success, all while putting your body in a position to efficiently lose body fat

The coaching process
CLIENT PORTAL

After our initial phone consultation, you'll receive access to your client portal via my training app. All client:coach communication will be via the in-app messenger. In your portal you'll find informational PDF guides and videos teaching you everything you need to know about tracking food in various scenarios, outlines client expectations, where you'll upload progress photos, track healthy lifestyle habits, and receive your custom training plan (optional)

โœ”๏ธLIFESTYLE NUTRITION COACHING: Personalized macronutrient targets and calorie goals calculated by me to support your goals. *All targets will be adjusted as necessary based on progress. Meal plan options are available as well

You can still sign up for the MIMS 14-week program even if you have upcoming travel! We'll work together on a weekly basis to plan your meals around your lifestyle, travel, holiday's, etc.

Life never stops, so it's important to create structure and habits around your lifestyle and schedule for long term success.

I live by the 80/20 rule of eating 80% real foods and 20% fun foods. Now, the levels of effort and adherence will vary depending on what phase of nutrition you're in (don't worry, i'll tell you!), and how aggressive your goals are/timeline

No problem! I will teach you everything you need to know to learn how to track your food in an easy and stress-free way!

No foods are off limits. And I will teach you how you can balance lower quality foods/treats/snacks into your plan while still staying on track.

This is also where the 80/20 rule comes in handy! I believe in fueling your body with 80% real foods, and reserving the other 20% for foods slightly lower in quality that are more "fun" and enjoyable #balance

I do offer personalized meal plans for clients that are new to tracking their food for the first month of the MIMS program

Tracking your food on a daily basis (or whatever we decide for your plan)

Updating your client portal on a daily/weekly basis with biofeedback metrics and completing the client check-in sheet questionnaire (takes 10-15 min once/week)

Taking & submitting progress photos and daily weigh-ins for progress updates

A positive mindset, and willingness to try a new method!

You will be assigned a check-in day during your onboarding. Your check-in day will be either Monday, or Tuesday and all data is required to be submitted by Noon CST to ensure your check-in will be completed for the day.

*We will discuss client expectations in detail in your welcome email!

You can choose to add-on the customized workout option where I will program your workouts based on your goals, interests, and equipment available to you. The workouts will be delivered via my custom training app for an additional $75/month

I also have an option to do my group based workout programming starting at just $12/month.
