You can still sign up for the 8 week challenge even if you have upcoming travel! We'll work together on a weekly basis to plan your meals around your lifestyle, travel, holiday's, etc.

Life never stops, so it's important to create structure and habits around your lifestyle and schedule for long term success.

You'll receive a new meal plan every single week, with meals varying throughout the week

Each day includes 3 meals and 2 snack options

1) Following the weekly meal plan

2) Updating your daily task and habit list

3) Taking & submitting bi-weekly progress photos and daily weigh-ins for progress updates

4) Establish a consistent workout routine and complete the in-app workouts

5) Commit to consistency > aiming for perfection

I live by the 80/20 rule of eating 80% real foods and 20% fun foods. The challenge meal plans offer variety while maintaining structure so you're developing and learning consistent nutritional habits

The meal plans also provide opportunities for eating meals out that still work within the plan for the day

While tracking is optional, my custom app does have macro tracking capabilities that integrates with Myfitnesspal and Cronometer.

No foods are off limits. And the meal plans will show you how you can balance lower quality foods/treats/snacks into your plan while still staying on track.

This is also where the 80/20 rule comes in handy! I believe in fueling your body with 80% real foods, and reserving the other 20% for foods slightly lower in quality that are more "fun" and enjoyable #balance
