✔️ 4-week hybrid or strength based training plan effectively and efficiently programmed for your specific performance goals (up to 6 workouts/week)

✔️ Full training app access to monitor progress, training metrics, progress photos, and habit tracking

✔️ Daily communication with me and post-workout messaging for feedback

✔️ Program adjustments (as necessary) to accommodate for temporary changes in equipment/gym access due to travel

✔️ Video demonstrations for every exercise (+ exercise modifications) so you know exactly what to do

✔️ Exercise/movement form review (when requested) to ensure proper execution of exercises

How it works:

2️⃣ Get set up on my custom training app

3️⃣ Complete client intake form and questionnaire providing details of what gym equipment you have access to as well as current goals, exercise and injury history, and any upcoming fitness competitions/races (if applicable)

4️⃣ Receive and start your training plan!

The price listed is for a one month training plan with up to 6 workouts each week. All workouts and communication will be via my training app. Workouts are progressed and updated weekly or as necessary based on client progress and specific goals. *Online training requires a two month minimum commitment
